Peach Crumble Pie
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbs water
1 pie crust
5-6 fresh peaches
Directions
Peel and cut fresh peaches in quarters and double layer in an unbaked pie crust. Make crumb mixture using 1st four ingredients above.
Cover peaches with crumb mixture and sprinkle with 2 Tbs water. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes or until crumb topping begins to brown and juices bubble.
