Georgia Peaches
This year there was a freeze that destroyed most of the Palisade peaches for this fall. Due to the loss of Palisade peaches this year, we'll be selling 12 lb. boxes of Georgia Peaches, the August Prince Freestone variety. These peaches are baseball size, not softball-sized like the Palisade peach. There will be more peaches per box and the Georgia Peach is pretty good (Georgia is the Peach State, after all!).
A box of peaches is $30, payable by cash, check or credit card. Orders must be in by July 17. Pickup will be July 25, 2020. Please help us support our community by buying one or more boxes of delicious peaches.
It's particularly important we raise our funds through peach sales this year. Our golf tournament, our club's largest fundraiser, will likely be canceled due to COVID 19. We are still supporting our local charitable groups with coats, food distribution, and projects that help cope with the impact COVID 19. Among our efforts and grants to local charitable organizations:
All the grants given this year total over $35,000. Please help us support our community by buying these delicious peaches. Explore our website for more information about the local and international organizations we serve and projects we do!
